Seasonal Packages: There is a limit of 2 packages per household. Any purchase made beyond this online will be applied as a credit to your account for regular priced services.  All packages must be purchased during the given dates, anything beyond that will also be treated as a credit for regular priced services. 

Gift Certificates: All gift certificates (unless promotional) have no expiration but we do encourage use within a year for your and our convenience. 

Cancellations/No Shows: No shows will be charged a 50% service fee. Cancellations given in under 24 hours (unless otherwise stated by staff) will also be charged a 50% service fee. If you have a credit on your account, a session charge will be taken from said credit. Please, have the courtesy to cancel in a reasonable time.
